  Patented R-Core insulation - a high-density, solid- polyurethane insulation - assures the R-factor (insulation value) per linear inch of a PlyGem Lifestyles window frame is seven times greater than that of an ordinary vinyl frame.
 
INTERCEPT GLASS SPACER
  This advanced insulated glass spacer system virtually eliminates cold-spot corners, frost, fog and condensation by maintaining a consistent space between the three panes of glass to interrupt the natural flow of heat to cold.
 
"Hi R+ Plus" GLASS
  Each PlyGem Lifestyles window features an insulating glass unit with three panes of Low-E glass. The air between the glass panes is then removed and replaced with safe, naturally occurring gasses to help block the transfer of heat and cold better than air, while deadening sound for increased peace and quiet in your home. For optimal thermal performance, Cal-Tec offers the "Hi R+Plus10 - Maxuus" level of PlyGem Lifestyles windows.

QUALITY CUSTOM INSTALLATIONS
 

The most energy efficient window is virtually useless, unless it is installed into the opening of your home properly. Cal-Tec windows are custom made to 1/8” to fit perfectly into the openings of your home. Our company employed and factory-trained installers give you the peace of mind to know everything is done to exceed industry standards. Our labor is guaranteed for as long as you own your home.

When we install windows in your entire home, we pledge a savings of at least 40% of fuel consumption for heating and cooling this residence during the 12 month period beginning with the date of installation. In the event fuel savings are less than 40% of the previous 12 months' fuel consumption, the homeowner will submit copies of the fuel bills to substantiate the claim and the homeowner will be reimbursed for the difference between the actual savings and 40% of the fuel cost for the previous 12 months.
 
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 
  1. Savings are based on fuel consumption, not price.
  2. Savings are based on the 12 months following the date of installation vs. previous 12 months.
  3. Customer agrees to provide verification of usage to file claim.
  4. Pledge is for one year.
  5. Pledge is based on verifiable records only. Wood, pellet and coal do not apply.
  6. Fuel Savings Pledge is valid when windows are installed on your entire home.
  7. Fuel cost is determined by subtracting August's bill from each of the remaining 11 months to extract the amount of therms used for heading only - not to include therms for appliances or utilities.
  8. Maximum refund is $500.
